For Parantap Parikh, the move to Canada from India was a leap into the unknown. But the promise of new opportunities meant walking into the challenge of redefining his career. And, to overcome this challenge, he enrolled in a bridging program for change management professionals at the Rotman School of Management’s Intercultural Skills Lab. This was a huge step in pursuing the future he has always seen for himself.
Meet Parantap
Parantap Parikh moved to Canada only 18 months ago. Despite a secure career back home, Parantap sought more than just the benefits of living in Canada. He yearned for a deeper sense of fulfillment by experiencing life outside his comfort zone.
However, within his first year in Canada, Parantap faced unemployment. Unsure of the next step, his wife found a program on Canoo with the Rotman School of Management. This was the shift he was looking for that would propel his career forward.
The Business Edge Change Management program at the Rotman School of Management is a part of the Intercultural Skills Lab (ISL). Helping newcomers to Canada navigate Canadian workplace culture, the Rotman ISL partners with Canoo to bring these programs to Canoo members at a discounted rate.

Day 1: Orientation
