The Rotman School of Management is Canada’s leading business school. It is home to some of the most innovative research institutes in the world and boasts an impressive network of global partnerships in a variety of academic, corporate and community sectors. The Intercultural Skills Lab at Rotman is back again and this time offering bursaries for eligible Canoo members to apply for their Career Shift or Business Edge program.

Special instructions

Over 7 months, you will receive customized professional coaching in career management, effective communication, and emotional intelligence. Finance or change management professionals looking to advance in your current role or upskill what you know already, Business Edge is a critical step towards a dynamic career in leadership roles.

Graduates will receive a certificate from the Rotman School of Management.

*Bursaries ranging from 20% – 85% available for Canoo members depending on family income.

To be eligible you must:

  • Be a resident of Ontario

  • Be a Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, Convention Refugee, Refugee Claimant or CUAET holder eligible to work in Canada

  • Be an Internationally trained immigrant, having lived in Canada for a maximum of 8 years

  • Have a degree from outside of Canada and no Canadian degree

  • Have a minimum of level 7-8 Canadian Language Benchmark result

  • Minimum 6 months’ Canadian work experience

  • Be currently unemployed or underemployed
