Northeastern Cold Dish Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

Napa cabbage, shredded

Fresh firm tofu, shredded

Cucumber, shredded

Savoy cabbage (optional)

Vermicelli (optional)

Crushed garlic, finely chopped cilantro

Sauce: Chili oil, soy sauce, mustard, vinegar, sesame oil

Instructions:
