Adrian Sutherland is a roots-rock artist from the remote Cree community of Attawapiskat in Northern Ontario. Blending roots, rock, folk, and blues, his music draws inspiration from his life, the land, and his Cree language and culture.

A two-time Juno Awards nominee, Adrian released his second solo album Precious Diamonds in 2024, recorded in Nashville with GRAMMY-winner Colin Linden and named one of the Top 100 Albums of 2024 by CKUA Radio. His single “Notawe (Father)” reached #1 on the Indigenous Music Countdown.

One of the few professional recording artists living in a fly-in First Nations community, Adrian brings a powerful perspective to his music and shares messages of culture, resilience, and reconciliation.
